Everthing was supposed to be completed next Thursday but that's kind of up in the air right now. For now I can say it will be cause for a GREAT celebration.

Around the house we've got tree planting to do and flower and vegetable planting to do. Plus we're still trying to find a water fountain. If not, we need to build one.Oklahoma Grannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10053304659210754009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36936171259835220.post-5438635767956149182010-03-25T10:38:40.485-05:002010-03-25T10:38:40.485-05:00i am trying to concentrate on one thing at a time ...i am trying to concentrate on one thing at a time today...i have a huge to do list for spring and summer but that is a good thing since it means i have work coming in!

i don't have osteo issues (at least not yet) but am dealing with my plummeting potassium issue which is sort of interesting. i have always had a potassium rich diet but somehow it isn't being absorbed (i take no medication so it's not that, either) anyway, tra-la-la-laaaa!Mary Richmondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12987381109911597964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36936171259835220.post-86253674572693504372010-03-25T09:29:12.359-05:002010-03-25T09:29:12.359-05:00You have such clarity, though! It's not that I am really, it's just the feeling as I was pretty much out of commission for a month with family visits and then being sick. Nothing is really urgent (except the tax return, which I am working on), but it's that feeling of having to catch up.

I'll make a new list today, and I'm also working in just quieting your mind...

On the osteo front, we just hear that Daniel's aunt, who is in her 70's and super active, broke her femur just walking. She's been on osteoporosis medication for four years and they just found out that if you take this drug (don't know which one it is) long-term, you can end up with brittle bones. I think it's very wise that you are taking a holistic approach first!

Have a wonderful (and relaxed) day!
