Cut into long sections. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and heat the oven to about 250. Then, sprinkle sea salt and thyme twigs over the tomatoes. Add about 8 whole garlic cloves. Cook for 3 hours. Turn in the middle of the cooking time.

These can be used in so many ways and will keep in the fridge. Enjoy!Patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11238803337590070942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36936171259835220.post-89185826972716798062009-06-12T07:59:15.520-05:002009-06-12T07:59:15.520-05:00I'm so glad it's not just me. But the house didn't sell and the organizing was short-lived. :) Oh well.
http://KayzKreationz.blogspot.com
http://KayzKreationz.etsy.comKayzKreationzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03933419782896934949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36936171259835220.post-80591064667243310062009-06-12T06:08:17.305-05:002009-06-12T06:08:17.305-05:00even though i say i will, i know i won't ever....even though i say i will, i know i won't ever....grow up ;-)Mary Richmondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12987381109911597964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36936171259835220.post-86169687820274815872009-06-11T23:12:48.340-05:002009-06-11T23:12:48.340-05:00"...get all my pictures scrapbooked." I'd love to get them all scrapbooked all nice and pretty but there is always so many other things that need done first. I always used to say th..."....go abroad." I always used to say that I would go to Europe by the time I was 40 or I wouldn't go at all. Well 40 is ancient history and with times such as they are, the prospects of my fulfilling that dream are slim. As for recipes, I've got tons from my mother and grandmothers and mother-in-law. I've kept the ones that are handwritten because of their sentimental value. The others I've recorded on the computer in case I ever do a family recipes cookbook for my daughter. We did an office cookbook once and everyone contributed their favorites. We called it "Recipes for Disaster" and the cover was a classic Far Side cartoon by that name!Lanyardladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14461038657517013524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36936171259835220.post-90847043165536331332009-06-11T20:46:58.225-05:002009-06-11T20:46:58.225-05:00I have always been bad about that too..As long as ...I have always been bad about that too..As long as I have my old 1950 Betty Crocker cook book I am happy...The Japanese foods I fix I learned while living in Japan and they aren't written down just in my head..and the is no way to organized my brain...heheheBaroness Bijouteryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15315237220272181004noreply@blogger.com
