It's FRIDAY!!!

It's Friday, and all I can say is CHEE HOO!! Tonight I will try to do more organizing in my workshop. It's really hard to work when you can't find the workbench!

Tomorrow Tresa, Bernadette and I are meeting for breakfast and then we are going to peruse a big baby store. I am really excited. It's been a very long time since I've looked at baby things, because my baby is 26 years old!

I might also head to one of the larger resale shops in the area to see if they have any interesting china pieces. I am in desperate need of some.

I made an appointment with the holistic doctor. His first opening was June 30th!! Holy cow! I am anxious to get on some kind of plan for my osteo issue. I also read that weighed vests are great for the spine and hips when you walk. I found a nice one for women on line, but it's $75 plus shipping! I have some of the small bar weights here, and I'm thinking if I buy a snug workout vest and sew some sturdy pockets on it.......I can save some money. I'll be at the sporting goods store tomorrow.

Besides that, and the usual shopping. cleaning house and laundry...I have nothing else to do and that is just fine with me. How about you? Whatcha got goin' this weekend?

I'll be working this weekend--finishing my drawings and getting going on my taxes.

But I am also doing my grandson's birthday party. I do parties for a nature center nearby and he has asked that I do the dinosaur one for him ;-) He'll be five next week!

So, a busy and fun weekend ahead...Have a great one yourself. and have fun in the baby store ;-)

If you haven't been baby shopping in awhile you are going to be amazed at some of the new stuff that's out there. Have bunches of fun!

The local car races have been cancelled again this weekend so I think I'm going to do some more scrapbooking. That and make some homemade rolls for a party on Sunday. Oh, and of course just the regular housework stuff but who wants to think about that?

Chores, beading, visiting my mother. But I'm off some next week so I have that to look forward to.

I absolutely love going out to late breakfast on Saturday morning!
Ahhh, I can hear IHOP and Keys Cafe beckoning me now...

Brought some work home, and of course I'll spend time in blogland. And I need to do some cleaning, but man, I hate that! Baby shopping is the best....and as Oklahoma Granny says, you'll be amazed at what's out there (and what it costs). I eventually discovered a chain of resale shops for kids' stuff, Once Upon a Child; don't know whether your area has anything like that but it's good for some kinds of purchases.

I was going to say to save money get a fishing vest! Lots of pockets to put weights in!

If the next appt. is June 30th- he (or she) must be pretty darn good! Good luck!
