Harley....the BAD Cat

This is Harley...Tresa and Chris's cat...one of their cats. Their other cat is Casey and they call Casey their "good" cat, and Harley their "bad" cat. Harley cries a lot.......during the night...early in the morning....and very, very loud. Harley knocks things over, jumps up on things, jumps at the wall, jumps at things on the wall that only he can see, he eats things that aren't meant to be eaten....and then gets diarrhea.

I love Harley, although I have never been there in the middle of the night when he decides to tune up his vocal chords either. I personally think Harley is just a playful kitty that needs lots of love and attention. Tresa and Chris would love for us to adopt Harley from them......but if they wanted us to do that...why on earth did they tell us all of the terrible things he does? That wasn't very smart.

I would love to take Harley, but Maggie doesn't strike me as the kind of dog that would like cats....except to maybe grab, toss around and chew on. So, for now Harley will have to continue to be the "bad" cat.

Harley is just training them for when the baby arrives! Lots of "vocalizing" in the wee hours! Pretty cat, he is.

Harley is a darling! I have a special fondness for orange cats.

We have 1 bad cat and 1 good cat also, and like Harley, the "bad" one is extra-good-looking! It helps them be able to continue their badness. Who can get mad at someone so handsome?

That's why we have a basement. Violet spends the night THERE!

poor harley...and they should have known that naming a cat with a motorcycle name would just lead to all sorts of trouble ;-) my mom had a cat named jeep once and he just ran up and down everything...just like an old jeep! he probably needs a lot of play time ;-)

we have two cats and one is very affectionate and sweet but also a total klutz so he's constantly breaking things or knocking them over. the other is more graceful but can turn evil if he doesnt' want to be petted so probably we cat owners can never really 'win'

and who would trade them?

I agree, he just needs a bit of attention, maybe more than the family is willing to give him on a regular basis. Just like relatives, some pets are more demanding than others.

He IS handsome, though, and hopefully he will curtail his antics as he matures. On the other hand, maybe he will grow more into those naughty behaviors! Only time will tell.

One thing about cats....they are hard to figure out. At least mine is anyway!

Aw...poor cat. He is just misunderstood.

We call Todd our bad dog and Lucy our good dog -so I totally understand.
