Bad Back

I hurt my back Wednesday leaning over my workshop table for three hours taking photos, and it is a mess today. I have back issues and this happens occasionally. I went to work today, but once my Advil wore off, I was in bad shape. I went to the chiro in the morning for an adjustment and some therapy, but it isn't feeling any too good tonight. Not sure what I am going to do about work tomorrow, because I can't sit for more than a couple of minutes at a time right now. That doesn't work well when you have a desk job. I just wanted you to know that if I don't pop in to say hello tomorrow morning like I usually do....you know why. I'm sure it will be peachy fine in a day or two. Have a nice evening and I'll chat with you soon.

Oh, dear...this is pretty frustrating for you...one who is so active. I hope the chiropractor can get you in.

Happy (?) Weekend ~Natalie

Ouch! I have had some bad back days in my time and really you feel so helpless. Our backs we take for granted until they goes and usually it happens so quickly or by doing something silly and not thinking about it.
I hope you bounce back soon.

Getting old rears it's ugly head. Been there, done that. Hope you feel better soon.

Rest is the key...know it's tough for you to slow down, but being lazy for a day may help your aching back. Take care!

I hope you feel better and soon. I love reading your blog (even if I don't post all the time). My favorite "healing/cure" for when my back slipped was horseback riding. But that meant I had to be able to get up there in the first place! I feel for you!

I hope you're feeling better this morning. I know what back problems are like and they are no fun at all.

Can you try a heating pad? Or get some Celebrex? I hope it gets better soon. We swear by Celebrex.
