"Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out." ---Robert Collier
That quote appears on the back of the t-shirt my Physical Therapist gave me today when I graduated. I am all done with physical therapy. The quote is so appropriate...not only for people in Physical Therapy, but for anything we want to accomplish in our lives.
I am not quite sure how I feel about being done. I really enjoyed going and learning new exercises, but I've learned them all and now it's time for me to go it alone. I started going to Physical Therapy to learn the proper exercises to do for Osteopenia. I learned them and I do them five times a week. I learned how to increase my strength and flexibility without hurting my back.
Now I just need to keep doing what I'm doing and I have every intention of doing that....day in and day out.

Congratulations on your success --- your PT.d!
Woo-hoo! Good for you. I'm sure you'll keep up the exercises and stay proactive with your wellness. You're doing a great job.
I'm just back from vacation and thought of you several times when I held my tiny great-niece. In just a few months you'll be in baby love too. It's fabulous :-)

Congratulations Kathy. I've had my share of physical therapy sessions, so I know how it feels to get it done. The nice thing is that you can continue the exercises on your own becuse you know what to do and how to do them. Glad to hear that you are doing well.
congratulations!!! that's a great accomplishment.
Brava!
