I have a wonderful friend that I've never met in person. She lives out in Washington. We "met" through Craigs List and an errant e-mail. Nancy and I have become soul sisters over the past couple of years. When we met, she was battling breast cancer. After her surgery, she knew she needed to find something else to occupy her mind...something other than cancer and treatments....so with the help of friends and donations, she was able to produce a DVD called "Yoga Support for Breast Cancer Recovery".
I have two of the DVDs left and I would love to get them into the hands of people that could use them. If you could use one, or know of someone that could....just leave a comment with your e-mail and I will contact you for your mailing address.
The DVD's are free. If more than two people want one, I can get more. Just let me know.

What a brilliant idea I hope this lady is recovering well she sounds very positive. I am happy to say I do not need one of her dvd's but I am sure there are a lot of people out there who would find great benefit in having one.

Happily, I don't know anyone with breast cancer. My daughter had breast cancer six years ago. She opted to have a double mastectomy right away so it could never happen again. It worked. She remains cancer-free!
Thankfully, I do not know anyone who needs one!!
One of my co-workers has recently battled breast cancer and undergone a mastectomy. She may benefit from it.

Kathy! i'm a little late in reading this, but i have a dear friend who just had a double mastectomy yesterday. Do you still have any DVD's? I'd love to be able to give her one!
